Can’t understand why we ever thought it was ok to use plastic gloves to select chocolates from the cases. Maybe we thought the fact they were so cheap was acceptable and also I guess we thought they were easy to use and hygenic. Shame on us! The chocolate tongs are back again and so are the fudge tongs. Of course they need regular cleaning during the day but it’s a quick enviromental hit that we can achieve.
Still got to chase up information we can display in relation to the RFAC chocolate but its essential we communicate to customers who visit the shop.
Another simple act is to save any excess coloured chocolate in PET recyclable boxes instead of being wrapped in cling film. That’s now in place. Hooray! Another simple but effective hit!!!!!
