Chocolates and Truffles are pleased to announce the launch of a new range of Dairy Free Assorted Chocolates Hopefully we’ve got the right balance of flavours to delight our customers and attract some new followers in the process. The boxes come with an option of 12 or 24 chocolates. The milk free uses rice milk to replace the cream though fruit purees and nut praline are also used as fillings. Flavours include Cherry and Ameretto, spiced orange, raspberry, espresso intense, mint crunch truffle, hazelnut and pistachio praline, oriental gin, vanilla and cardamom, passion fruit, ginger, dark champagne. We also make boxes of just dark chocolates. Our chocolates do not contain gluten and are suitable for vegans.
We take on board the serious issues that surround allergy sufferers. Every care is take in the making of these chocolates to prevent cross contamination. Dairy free chocolates are made at the begining of our production schedules.Careful cleaning of the work area, and use of dedicated equioment and chocolate reduces the risk of contamination from allergens. Please be aware nuts are used in the products. It is unfortunate but as an independent business I have to say if you are likely to suffer an anaphalactic reaction to dairy protein please avoid buying the chocolates as no matter how small the risk there is still a potential risk. The chocolates do not contain gluten in any of the fillings and every care is taken to prevent contamination .
