It’s not just about stirring chocolate!

Preparing orange peel for dipping.

D0 you know how much work goes into preparing our orange sticks? We use five oranges that we peel, remove the juicy flesh, then cut the peel into strips. The peel is blanched four times followed by cooking in a syrup for a further two hours. The orange is dried (see above), then cooled after which each strip is individually dipped in 72% dark chocolate before packing. Phew!  We don’t use preservatives so each chocolate stick is simply fresh and delicious.
